Pricing Breakdown
The rental space must be rented for a minimum of 4 hours. Events can end no later than 2 am. The Booker is responsible for providing a lifeguard for them and their guests. While a lifeguard is not a mandatory requirement, it is encouraged as if one is not hired, the Booker and their guests will be SWIMMING AT THEIR OWN RISK!

Pool heating during these months will cost an additional $150 charge

Things to Note
Deposit
At the time of booking a deposit will be required to secure the booking. This deposit will be either $500 or $1,000 depending on the number of guests attending your event. The deposit will be refunded, unless the following occurs:

The event is cancelled for any reason

The rental space is not cleaned properly, and the Renter has to clean up after the Booker & their guests. THE SPACE MUST LOOK AS IT DID BEFORE SET UP BEGAN!

Damages occur to property or equipment

Music
Music is allowed but must be lowered by 1 am and completely end by 2 am. The rental space is in a residential area, and we must have respect for our neighbors.

Grills
If you pay to use the grills on the premise you must provide your charcoal and/or propane as it will not be provided for you.
​
Restroom
If you choose not to rent our restroom/changing room, you must order a porter-a-potty for the duration of your event.
